Officers say Francisco Guillen is a suspect in multiple prior domestic violence cases, including the latest on Thursday.
That’s when a witness called police and reported they saw a man and a woman arguing inside a hotel room at the Vagabond Inn. Officers say the witness believed the man had stabbed her.
Police say they later identified the man as Guillen, who they say is accused of hurting the same woman in the past.
According to officers, Guillen and the woman were gone by the time they arrived.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Guillen or the possible victim is asked to contact Detective Luke Taylor at 559-967-5057 or Detective Rene Madrigal at 559-827-3080.
