St. Thomas extended its lead by adding three more runs in the fifth inning, leaving it all up to the Lady Tigers in the bottom of the seventh to clinch the victory.
Tristen Maddox with a two run bomb tied the game up and Emma Bell walked it off to secure the 7-6 victory.
The Lady Tigers now advance to the Super Regional next week.
