Crews respond to San Jose fire, roads closed

(KRON) – Crews have responded to a building in flames near San Jose’s Hensley Historic District early Sunday morning, according to the San Jose Fire Department. 

The San Jose Fire Department responded to a two-story commercial building in the 300 block of N First Street around 3:56 a.m.

There are no reported injuries, according to SJFD.

Due to the flames, SJFD announced multiple road closures:

  • First Street between Hensley and Julian
  • Second Street between Hensley and Julian
  • Basset Street between Second and Little Market
