
According to an FPD Facebook post, all eight of the individuals arrested by the task force face preliminary charges related to child sex crimes. The Madison County Sheriff’s Office, Anderson Police Department and Madison County Prosecutor’s Office assisted FPD’s task force with its investigations of the eight arrestees.
FPD confirmed the following individuals were arrested:
Kenneth Menifee Jr.
Kenneth Menifee Jr. was preliminarily charged with child solicitation and resisting law enforcement. In Indiana, child solicitation is a Level 4 Felony and resisting law enforcement is a Class A Misdemeanor, depending on the lengths a suspect goes to evade police.
David Medina Jr.
Like Menifee Jr., David Medina Jr. was preliminarily charged with child solicitation and resisting law enforcement. The resisting law enforcement charge Medina Jr. faces, however, is a Level 6 Felony.
Jaime Gomez
Jaime Gomez was preliminarily charged with child solicitation.
Niloy Talukder
Niloy Talukder was preliminarily charged with child solicitation.
Daniel Alonge
Daniel Alonge was preliminarily charged with attempted sexual misconduct with a minor, a Level 5 Felony.
Daniel Ragozzino
Daniel Ragozzino has been preliminarily charged with attempted child molesting, a Level 1 Felony.
Dean Cagle
Dean Cagle has been preliminarily charged with attempted promotion of sexual trafficking of a younger child and child solicitation. Attempted promotion of sexual trafficking of a younger child is a Level 3 Felony.
Matthew Benge
Matthew Benge has been preliminarily charged with child solicitation. The charge Benge faces is a Level 5 Felony.
