Downed power lines closes HWY 202 near Ranger Boats

A fallen tree and downed power lines in Marion County has caused Highway 202 near the intersection with Highway 178 to be closed at this time.
The Marion County Sheriff’s Department has confirmed that high winds caused a tree to fall on power lines making the highway impassable while crews work to clear and restore service in the area. Traffic is being diverted in the area outside of Flippin which is near the Ranger Boats plant.

Stay tuned to KTLO, Classic Hits and the Boot for updates as they become available.
