Man hospitalized following St. Roch shooting

NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — A man has been hospitalized following a shooting that occurred in the St. Roch neighborhood of New Orleans.

According to the New Orleans Police Department, the shooting, which occurred in the 2800 block of North Dorgenois Street, was first reported at 4:24 p.m. with confirmation at 5:40 p.m.

On scene, a man was found having been shot at least once. He was taken to a local hospital by EMS for treatment.
