Driver indicted for fatal motorcycle crash in Brown County

BROWN COUNTY, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) – A driver has been indicted after his passenger was killed during a motorcycle crash in Brown County.

Andrew Peternell Vidovich, II, 35, of Christoval, Texas, was indicted for Intoxication Manslaughter by a Brown County Grand Jury Thursday in connection to the crash that killed Marti Jolene Vidovich, 35, also of Christoval, Texas, in October 2024, according to a crash report from the Texas Department of Public Safety.

The crash report states Andrew Vidovich was driving a motorcycle west on FM 3021 when he veered off the road, causing both himself and his passenger, Marti Vidovich, to get thrown from the bike.

During the investigation, the report states Andrew Vidovich was found to be intoxicated at the time of the crash.

No further information has been released.
