
According to organizers, the free camp takes place from April 21 to April 22 and is set to offer skills training, games, lunch, STEM activities, life skills and more.
Organizers said they have partnered with STEM Heads Lab for this event for an additional learning component to emphasize the importance of education.
Positive Minds Positive Movement leaders said past events have included guest speakers, prizes, hot meals and giveaways for children in the community.
The free Easter Basketball camp will be hosted at the Thrive Community Center at 3600 Desire Parkway from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. each day.
