(WPHL) — A teenager has been arrested after he shot and killed a 17-year-old girl on Passyunk Avenue.
Philadelphia Police say 19-year-old Kani Hunt is being charged with murder for shooting 17-year-old Jada Gray in the chest, killing her.
Police were called to the 7000 block of Elmwood Avenue on March 29 at 11:40 p.m. for a “person with a gun”. When they arrived they found Jada on the 7200 block of Passyunk Avenue suffering from a gunshot to the chest.
19-year-old Kani Hunt was arrested on April 9 on the 1300 block of North 10th Street.
