24 building permits issued in March


In March, 24 building permits were issued according to a report from the City of Mountain Home’s Building Inspection Manager Jeannie Anderson.




Eight commercial signs were issued with the first going to McAlister’s Deli located at 1736 Hwy 62 E. for a value of $17,000. The next three going to Cash Enterprises Inc. on behalf of Ozark Poster Advertising located at 000 Hwy 62 W., 001 Hwy 62 W. and 1109 Hwy 62 W. respectively for values of $25,000, $35,000 and $30,000. The fifth given to Audio Nova located at 202 N. College Street for a construction value of $6,000. The sixth issued to Merakiskin Wellness and Spa at 621 S. Baker Street valued at $800. The seventh was issued to Luxe Aesthetics and Spa at 333 Hwy 5 N. 2 with a construction value of $400. The final commercial sign permit was issued to Terry Smalls Extreme Outdoors located at 203 Hwy 5 N. for a value of $1,000.

In March, seven residential ACC structure permits were issued with the first going to Carolyn Allen at 1402 Ashley St. valued at $3,026. The second for Charles Tilley at 504 Sierra Drive with a value of $7,000. The third was issued to Wayne Jackson at 215 Parkview Drive with a construction value of $4,500. The fourth issued permit went to Chad Lindenmeyer at 517 Montgomery for a value of $6,857.98. The fifth went to Kyle Wallace at 216 CR 28 with a total construction value of $40,000. The sixth permit was issued to Bruce Vanmeter at 1012 Locust Street with a value of $4,972. The last final permit issued was given to Joe Lee on behalf of Joe Snurr at 608 Gentry Street for a $4,800 construction value.

Two commercial ACC structure permits were issued with the first going to Baxter Healthcare Corporation located at 1900 Hwy 201 N. valued at $282,081. The second was issued to Gregg Farm Services Inc. located at 1312 E. 9th Street for a construction value of $971,612.

Two commercial remodel permits were issued in March with the first going to The Arkansas Game of Fish Commission located at 424 W. 7th Street for a construction value of $76,607. The second to Clay Maxey on behalf of Big Creek Country Club located at 452 Country Club Drive for a construction value of $272,000.

Four new residential building permits were issued with all of them going to Freedom Hobbs on behalf of Freedom Landing North with each permit having a construction value of $300,000.

A new commercial building permit was issued to Ismail Moloku on behalf of Romas Italian Restaurant at 1107 Hwy 62 E. for a construction value of $120,000.
