Three commercial remodel permits were issued in February with the first going to Baxter Health Cardiovascular located at 555 W. 6th Street for a construction value of $600,000. The second to Hope Feliccia on behalf of Meraki Skin located at 621 S. Baker Street with a construction value of $23,500 and the third to David Rasico for The Square Piano with a construction value of $12,000.
Twelve new residential construction permits were issued to Gracey Enterprises on behalf of Riverwalk Rentals, LLC all located off Nottington Street with construction values ranging from S150,000 to $185,000.
A residential construction permit was also issued to Freedom Hobs for a property located at 1442 Hobbs Court with a construction value of $140,000.
Two residential addition permits were issued in February with the first going to Freedom Hobbs located at 1404 Hobbs Court with a construction value of $15,000. The second was issued to Bob and Debbie Martin located at 1084 Ozark Avenue with a construction value of $20,000.
