BC Judge Kevin Litty discusses Friday Courthouse flooding


During the storms last Friday, the Baxter County Courthouse was meant to be available as a shelter for residents. However, due to flooding, the Courthouse had to be closed, and a backup shelter was used instead.




Baxter County Judge Kevin Litty says the water from the flooding was not the main problem causing the closing.
