By rssfeeds-admin INDIANAPOLIS — The Indiana Department of Transportation has announced short-term closures for I-65 southbound starting Wednesday night.
According to an INDOT news release, the area between 71st Street and I-465 near mile marker 123.6 is set to close temporarily beginning Wednesday between 9 and 11 p.m. This will allow utility crews to complete overhead work. The entrance ramp from 71st Street will also be shut down during this time period
INDOT also announced a single-lane closure coming to the 71st Street entrance ramp starting 9 a.m. on Wednesday. This closure will remain active until “late” Wednesday night. INDOT did not share an exact timeline for when the lane would be reopened.
