Court documents show that Hannah Kinchen, 40, coordinated with a photographer, who self-identified as a “pedophile,” to produce child pornography. Kinchen previously pleaded not guilty to child porn charges in 2023.
The Department of Justice said Kinchen arranged photoshoots for the minor’s “modeling career” in which she posed the child in inappropriate attire. The photographer sent the photos to Kinchen through a file-sharing site on the Internet. Some of the images qualified as child pornography and were later sold.
Kinchen’s sentencing is scheduled for July 15. She can face a minimum of five years or a maximum of 20 years in prison.
This case is a part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative to combat the growing epidemic of child sexual exploitation and abuse.
