Missing man last seen boarding Orange Line train on Southwest Side: CPD
CHICAGO — Police are asking for help in the search for a missing man who officers say was last seen boarding an Orange Line train on the Southwest Side on Friday.

According to Chicago police, a search is underway for 76-year-old Gao Guo, a man who police say has not been contacted since he disappeared on Friday.

Officers said the missing man was last seen boarding a southbound Orange Line train at 35th and Archer in McKinley Park on the Southwest Side, though it is unclear what time he was spotted.

At the time he was seen boarding the train, Guo was seen wearing a blue and white shirt, navy pants, black shoes and was carrying a gray shopping bag.

Guo, who stands 4-foot-11 and weighs around 120 pounds, has gray hair and brown eyes.

Authorities shared details about Guo’s disappearance in a news release shared on Friday night.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of 76-year-old Gao Guo is asked to contact the CPD Area One SVU at 312-747-8380 or dial 911.
