SPD investigation: Club Haze fatal shooting, 4 victims

SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – On March 15, at approximately 2:35 a.m. Shreveport Police Department were called to a fatal shooting at Club Haze, 204 Texas Street. Officers said no suspect has been identified.

According to SPD there were four victims. Upon arrival, they located a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, the victim was taken to Ochsner LSU Health Shreveport Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.

‘Officers stated that shortly after, the three other gunshot victims arrived at the same hospital to seek medical attention. However, one of the three victims was rushed into emergency surgery but was pronounced deceased.’

The remaining two victims are expected to make a full recovery, said SPD.

‘Shreveport Police Violent Crimes detectives responded to the scene and interviewed several witnesses, all of whom reported hearing gunshots but did not see the shooter. At this time, no suspects have been identified.’

Investigators are actively developing leads and urge anyone with information to come forward.
