Road closure expected in Natchitoches for emergency repairs

Texas Street will be closed to all traffic just east of the intersection of the Highway 1 bypass. The closure will start at 8:00 a.m. for emergency repairs to a damaged sewer main.

Drivers must detour using nearby city and state routes, including the Highway 1 Bypass and North Natchitoches Bypass. The duration of this closure is unknown at this time.
