By rssfeeds-admin The 27th annual Coaches vs Cancer Tournament Tip-Off Breakfast was held this morning at the infamous Palestra. Big 5 coaches from the 6 area schools were in attendance along with notable alumni coaches and media personalities. Coaches’ vs Cancer is a collaboration between The National Association of Basketball Coaches and The American Cancer Society.
The D1 Philadelphia basketball coaches help lead the most successful Coaches vs Cancer initiative in the nation. Since 19967, they have raised over 20 million dollars. PHL17’s Tessa Peloso spent time at the Palestra this morning speaking with Big 5 coaches and members of The American Cancer Society.
