Police said during a raid, around 6:18 a.m. at Phillips’ residence in the 300 block of W. Empire Street, officers seized 95 grams of psilocybin, 230 grams of cannabis, an assortment of prescription medication, and a loaded semi-automatic handgun.
Phillips was arrested and charged with Unlawful Possession of a Firearm with a Prior Conviction, Possession with Intent to Deliver Psilocybin, Possession with Intent to Deliver Cannabis, and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
He was booked into the Stephenson County Jail awaiting the outcome of a pretrial detention hearing.
