44-year-old man is charged with sexual abuse, assault in Rockford

ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Rockford Police arrested Saw Moo, 44, for allegedly sexually abusing and assaulting a victim he knew personally.

On Feb. 25, around 9 p.m., officers received reports of a sexual assault in the 2200 block of Wyoming Drive.

Investigations led police to identify Moo as the suspect.

He was booked into the Winnebago County Jail on March 11th.
