MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — Strong wind gusts blew through the Port City on Fat Tuesday in the middle of Mardi Gras festivities.
Winds became stronger as the day went on, and some parades’ start times were moved up to avoid potentially severe weather.
Just as the Order of Myths parade started rolling down Government Street, our cameras caught something of a “trashnado.”

Nobody was injured by the spectacle, but street trash begins to spin up, rise in the air, and swirl just as the parade starts coming down Government Street.
