Baxter County Quorum Court to discuss County maintained roads in Tuesday meeting


The Baxter County Quorum Court will meet in regular session Tuesday night at 5:30 in the 2nd floor courtroom of the courthouse.




Items on the agenda include:

-an ordinance establishing a 911 advisory board;

-an ordinance appropriating fees and reimbursements of $6,043 in January to the 2025 Sheriff’s Office budget;

-an ordinance transferring funds of $9,035 from Baxter County Airport Fund into the Airport Grant Fund, and appropriating $4,300 into Airport Grants Fund 2025 budget;

-an emergency ordinance for the protection of the traveling public, condition and maintenance of the County maintained public roads in Baxter County and within its unincorporated limits; and

-a resolution confirming the reappointment of William Lucas by the County Judge to the Baxter County Planning Board.
