Torrence Bowens Jr., 19, of Alexandria, was taken into custody on March 2, 2025. He has been charged with thirteen counts of vehicle burglary, seven counts of attempted vehicle burglary, and one count of theft $1,000 to $5,000.
Bowens was booked into the Rapides Parish Detention Center, where his bond has been set at $210,000.
