Kentucky man charged with strangulation, unlawful imprisonment

HOPKINSVILLE, Ky. (FOX 56) — A Hopkinsville man has been arrested on strangulation and unlawful imprisonment charges.

Christian County Sheriff deputies responded to a call about a domestic disturbance on Saturday, but say when they arrived, everyone involved had left.

The victim was found near Pembroke Road and the bypass.

Officers found 30-year-old Juanye Jones and arrested him without incident and charged him with first-degree strangulation, first-degree unlawful imprisonment, intimidating a participant in the legal process, and fourth-degree assault. 

He was booked in the Christian County Jail.
