By rssfeeds-admin BARNWELL COUNTY, S.C. (WJBF) – On February 21st, the Barnwell County Sheriff’s Office arrested Willis “Cowboy” Craig Williams for Manslaughter related to the drug-involved death of Barnwell County man on February 12th.
Williams was also charged with Distribution of Heroin and Distribution within the Proximity of a School or Playground.
He was transported to the jail where he later had a bond hearing.
