On Feb. 18, around 2 p.m., officers were near NN Food and Liquor when they saw a man allegedly delivering drugs. Deputies say they saw a person enter a grey Chevrolet Malibu and leave with plastic bags containing drugs.
Shortly after, authorities took Haley into custody.
Officials searched the suspect’s Malibu and found cocaine, according to court documents.
Haley told deputies he started selling cocaine a month ago to help pay bills and fix his car since he is unemployed.
He is charged with two counts of delivering cocaine.
