Philadelphia police say the evacuation occurred just before 6 a.m.
Two black males were removed from casino premises over a possible bomb threat.
The bomb squad was not deployed but Philadelphia police are investigating the threat and disturbance.
In a statement to PHL17, Rivers Casino said, “Rivers Casino Philadelphia was briefly evacuated this morning out of an abundance of caution while police checked the building. The property was determined to be safe, and Team Members and guests returned soon thereafter. The casino is open and operating today as usual.”
