Crime Reports: Abilene police investigate possible shooting, discover rocks thrown at house

Incidents

6200 Block Live Oak TrailBurglary of Vehicle
An unknown person stole two firearms from an unlocked car.

5800 Block Texas Avenue – Unlawful Disclosure Address/Phone Threat or Intent To Harm
A man reported that a woman he knows posted his address and pictures of his home. The victim claims he’s fearful someone will appear and cause harm.

3100 Block South 1st Street – Assault

/>The victim reported someone hit him in the face several times during an argument. The person ran away and wasn’t present when officers arrived.

2100 Block North 18th Street – Criminal Mischief
A Criminal Mischief report was taken in North Abilene.

2800 Block South 25th Street – Assault/Impede Breath
A 22-year-old woman reported being assaulted by someone she knows.

700 Block North Willis Street – Criminal Mischief
Officers responded to a call for a shooting in north Abilene. They found that it was not gunshots but rocks that were thrown at the windows of the house. No suspect has been identified.

Illana Rodriguez – Warrant
