ABILENE, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) – Last week, the Abilene Police Department welcomed a very special guest—Officer Jingles! He stopped by to experience a day in the life of an Abilene officer.
Jingles began his day with a motivating pep talk alongside K-9 Barco, then spent time with the dispatch team, assisting with 9-1-1 calls.
Next, he geared up for some action, hopping on a motorcycle to “chase down speeders.” Jingles even showed off his investigative skills, developing leads and solving a few crimes!
With a little time left in his shift, he wrapped up his visit with a quick workout at the APD gym.
“Thanks for the visit; we hope to see you next year!” APD shared online.
