
The crime happened around 4:30 in the morning on Sunday, May 18, in the 200 block of West Robert E. Lee Boulevard. Police also released security camera footage from the neighborhood that shows some of what happened.
In the video, the four suspects are seen wearing ski masks and gloves as they walk down the street. A second video clip shows them going the other direction on the street but while pushing the Jeep.
According to police, the Jeep was found a short distance away at the corner with Regent Street. Its rear driver’s side window was shattered and interior ransacked.
