It didn’t take long for deputies to name a suspect, but 5 years later, he remains on the loose. The case is the latest one to roll on the Wheel of Justice.
According to the JPSO, around 7:15 that night, Ronnika Richburg’s ex-boyfriend, Lloyd Jones, forced his way into her home in the 100 block of Millie Drive and opened fire. The couple’s four-year-old child was also there at the time, but only Richburg and her father were shot.
CrimeStoppers reported that Richburg already had a restraining order against Jones. If you can help solve the case, the reward remains active. Call CrimeStoppers at 504-822-1111. You don’t have to reveal your name or testify in court to collect the cash.
So far, more than 475 people have been booked after their cases rolled on the Wheel of Justice.
