ROSELAND, La. (WGNO) — Louisiana officials are expected to provide an update on the efforts surrounding the Smitty’s Supply fire and explosion.

A news conference is expected to happen on Wednesday, Oct. 1 with the officials from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality, Tangipahoa Parish officials and Gov. Jeff Landry.
