NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — New Orleans Mayor LaToya Cantrell has pled not guilty to all charges at her arraignment Wednesday, Sept. 10.

Cantrell’s pretrial conference is scheduled for Oct. 13 and her trial is set for Nov. 17. She faces a host of federal charges,

including conspiracy, wire fraud and obstruction of justice.

Cantrell was released under court supervision. She has to surrender her passport and is not allowed international travel without court approval. She is restricted to travel within the Federal Eastern District of Louisiana and is not allowed contact with her codefendant or witnesses. This does not restrict her legal counsel from having contact.
