NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — A judge ruled that the New Orleans mayor can move forward with the emergency sanitation contract.
The contract was awarded to Henry Consulting. This comes after the judge denied a motion for preliminary injunction, requested by French Quarter residents and businesses.
In a statement Wednesday, July 23, the city said it will continue to work with all involved to achieve the best possible outcome for residents.
