METAIRIE, La. (WGNO) — Select Target stores will be hosting midnight releases of Taylor Swift’s new album, “The Life of a Showgirl,” on Oct. 3, and the Target in Metairie is one of the locations.
Target announced that select stores will release Swift’s new album featuring 12 songs, on three Target-exclusive CDs.
“The Life of a Showgirl” is Taylor Swift’s 12th album. The pop star announced the album on Jason and Travis Kelce’s “New Heights” podcast.
On Aug. 26, Swift announced her engagement to Kansas City Chiefs player Travis Kelce.
Target in Metairie is located at 4500 Veterans Memorial Blvd.
The store is limiting four CDs per customer at the midnight release.
