
SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – The Shreveport Police Department has placed Sergeant Justin White on administrative leave following an alleged DWI incident.
On August 10, 2025, in Harrison County, Texas, Sergeant White was involved in a DWI incident while off duty and driving his personal vehicle.
After receiving word of the incident, Shreveport Police Chief Wayne Smith emphasized the department’s commitment to maintaining high standards of conduct for all officers, both on and off duty.
Sergeant White, who has been with the department since 2004, has been placed under active investigation.
As of now, no additional details have been released regarding the incident.
