Seven arrested following Slidell sting operation targeting child predators: SPD

SLIDELL, La. (WGNO) — Seven people were arrested in connection with a Slidell SVU task force operation.

According to the Slidell Police Department, they were arrested as part of an undercover chat sting operation, targeting possible online child predators. Undercover investigators posed as a 15-year-old girl in various online chatrooms and social media sites.

SPD officials said multiple people allegedly engaged in sexually explicit conversations with the undercover officers, attempting to meet the “15-year-old” in person, with the intent to commit sexual acts.

SPD officials accused 23-year-old Brianna Rielo and 25-year-old Pablo Osorio, of arriving in Slidell around 12:20 a.m. with plans to allegedly engage in a “threesome,” with the 15-year-old and bring her back to Denham Springs. Police said the couple allegedly sent explicit video of themselves and asked the 15-year-old to do the same. They allegedly brought their two young children, a 3-year-old and a 6-year-old.

Police also arrested 27-year-old Chase Dilks, 44-year-old Brandon Cooper, 32-year-old Dexter Victor, 21-year-old Landon McIntosh and 32-year-old Deion Hill during the operation.

All were booked into the Slidell City Jail.
