
Deputies state that around 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 26, two men were pulling into the driveway of a Dead End Street home when gunshots were reportedly fired in their direction.
No one was struck by the shots but the home and vehicle were,
The investigation revealed the shots were fired from a blue four-door Volvo bearing a Mississippi license plate reading “PRH 1763.”
Further investigation led detectives to surveillance footage of the vehicle at the gas station at the corner of Louisiana Highway 51 and Louisiana Highway 64, just before the shooting.
TPSO deputies report the person of interest was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt with a white logo exiting the backseat to buy gas.
