Photos: House destroyed by fire Wednesday night on S. Rogers
Firefighters and other first responders respond to a residence at the intersection of S. Rogers, and Rockport Road. When firefighters arrived, there were flames shooting out of the house. Within a few minutes, firefighters had the fire mostly under control, but gas could be heard spewing, and the side remained on fire. Finally a Centerpoint employee arrived to turn off the gas. PUTNAM COUNTY, Ind. — A fire destroyed a home in Putnam County on Wednesday.
