Forza Horizon 6 is the next open-world racing game for Xbox. It’s set in Japan and it looks terrific. Now Microsoft has announced two new limited-edition Xbox accessories based on the game. Releasing May 19 alongside the game are a Forza Horizon 6 Limited-Edition Xbox Wireless Controller (see at Amazon) and Wireless Headset (see at Amazon). They’re both super colorful and eye-catching. They’re up for preorder now at various retailers.

Xbox Wireless Controller – Forza Horizon 6 Limited Edition

The controller is colorful and busy in the best way. It has various shades of blue, including a large transparent blue panel on the face of the controller. This is accented with pinks, greens, yellows, and even a silver D-pad disc. It’s bright and flashy, but it’s done in good taste. The spiky triangle shapes and the race-track-path design all look nicely balanced.

I love the look of this thing. The sides and back have textured rubber grips, and the rear of the controller has the Horizon Festival logo in pink on white. It’s available for preorder for $89.99.

8BitDo Charging Dock

If you’re going to get the controller, you may be interested in 8BitDo’s charging dock with a matching design. It’s out a little later than the other items, on June 8, for $34.99.

Xbox Wireless Headset – Forza Horizon 6 Limited Edition

As for the headset, it uses the same design language as the controller, but adapts it nicely for a pair of wireless headphones. It has a mostly white exterior, with an all-caps pink “HORIZON” printed on the headband. The ear cups have a similar blue background with pink and green accents as the controller. The inside of the ear cups are bright pink, with a giant “L” and “R” so you know which way to put it on.

As with other official Xbox Wireless Headsets, it features spacial sound technology including Windows Sonic, Dolby Atmos and DTS Headphone:x. The headset is also out May 19 alongside the game, and is available for preorder for $134.99.

If you haven’t placed your Forza Horizon 6 preorder yet, there’s still time. The game is coming out in an array of editions, and you can find full details in our preorder guide.
