Klient Unveils its Excellent Eight Agents
Klient-PSA-AI-agents-catalog (c) CNW-Group-Klient-2026Klient has unveiled eight specialised agents built on the Salesforce Agentforce platform to usher in an age of autonomous project delivery, according to Yanick Abraham, CEO, Klient. The eight agents are designed to assist both proactively and beside humans in what Klient describes as a hybrid project delivery.

Over the last couple of years, Agentic AI has been maturing to the point where imagined use cases are now becoming a reality. For Klient, that reality is no: not all agents are available yet. But what Enterprise Times saw in a recent webinar is impressive and certainly demonstrates what Agentforce is capable of, not just within a mature PSA platform but across other solutions too.

Importantly, these new digital workers will not replace human consultants. Still, they will make life easier and allow many project workers and business leaders to carry out tasks they have never had time to do. Klient has created individual agents that will automate specific processes using AI within professional services organisations.

Klient has taken a sensible approach by creating an agent that can carry out a specific task. What becomes interesting, and even more powerful, though, is that these agents are chained together to complete even more complex tasks.

Yanick Abraham, CEO, Klient, commented, “This is what the next decade of professional services looks like — human consultants who focus on judgment, relationships, and the work that matters most, with AI agents handling the structured, repeatable delivery around them.

“We built Hybrid Delivery because we believe the firms that adopt this model first will define the standard everyone else follows.”

These are just the first versions of the first agents that Klient intends to create and improve. The initial eight are:

SCOPEY 1

The Business Analyst Agent forms the first part of the software development lifecycle. It can take a prompt and turn it into a structured scope for a required development project or task. The structured scope is available for human review. Klient is already using this within its community to help change content, in combination with KNOWWY. SCOPEY will be available in V0.3.

PLANNY 1

The Project Manager Agent can fulfil certain tasks. It can present a task list every morning with the things a user needs to do, based on their project portfolio. These updates can be scheduled or on demand, looking a week ahead and prioritising tasks for users.

Abraham gave an example of how the agent would identify that there are 14 overdue tasks and would recommend taking action to meet with a stakeholder who might complete 4 of these tasks in a single action. PLANNY will be available in V0.3.

TIMEY: 1

The Timesheet Agent will assist users by filling in timesheets based on information in the calendar, email and Slack. It will proactively collate the information every week, turning the onerous task into a simple approval process. The advantage AI delivers is the interpretation of what is happening across different information sources, currently in Alpha.

GUIDY 1

An onboarding agent that guides team members through tasks during a project, identifies where plans are stalled and nudges the owners, or escalates if the situation reaches the point where dates may be missed. GUIDY helps by tracking the tasks in an onboarding process. GUIDY is in Alpha.

TOUCHY 1

The Client Communication Touchy can help prep for meetings or provide summaries after they have completed. TOUCHY can perform additional tasks such as notifying attendees, creating a transcript, and sending a recap of any project meeting. The user can review these to ensure essential points are captured and related accurately. Touchy can also update projects with the information obtained. TOUCHY is in Beta testing.

CASEY 1

The Customer Support Agent will help a user around case management. It will be able to create a support project, assign tasks, and escalate priority using Chatter, email, and Slack, helping ensure the SLA is met. CASEY is not yet available.

KNOWWY 1

A knowledge base agent supports the creation, updating, and retrieval from a knowledge base. In combination with other agents, users can flag when items are wrong and manage the process to update and correct the information. Currently, KNOWWY is built for the Salesforce base. Abraham believes that it’s time this is extended to other documentation tools, perhaps Atlassian’s. KNOWWY is currently live and available.

DEVY 1

DEVY is a development tool that works alongside agents like PLANNY. It can take the scope that PLANNY creates and turn that into actual code. DEVY leverages Claude Code, using the documented requirement, writes the code required to implement, and runs the code against acceptance tests before handing it across for human review. DEVY is in Alpha.

MCP Server

Klient also announced a new MCP server to enable external LLMs to access Salesforce and client data directly. The MCP server will support Claude, GPT-4, Gemini and Cursor.

Augmentation not Replacement

Klient was keen to point out that this is not Agentic AI replacing people, but supporting them. Humans will remain in the loop to review and authorise changes, without requiring training on any new tools. As each agent completes a piece of work, Klient surfaces an outcome review task that enables the human to review, edit and either approve or reject before anything changes.

Klient is also testing these agents internally and is seeing significant benefits from both the insights, alert and automation. For example, Abraham revealed that TOUCHY is already saving the CSM about 30 minutes of prep and recap time for every Customer Success Meeting. That adds up to a significant saving.

Pricing and Availability

Each agent will consist of a one-off cost of $1,000 USD. There is no subscription and no AI Surcharge from Klient. However, users will need to purchase Salesforce Flex Credit for AI runtime use, these are purchased directly through Salesforce. Note that Salesforce Foundations is available FOC for Enterprise Edition customers and includes 100,000 Flex credits and 250K Data Cloud Credits. Beyond that, Flex Credits cost £400/100,000 credits.

Klient PSA starts at $15 per user per month with a standard go-live of three weeks. All eight agents are available today at klient.com/agent-catalog/.

Enterprise Times: What does this mean

While some of the Agents are not yet available, the App Exchange entries for the first agent are imminent, and these agents seem impressive. They address the tasks that most professional services teams spend a lot of time doing. If they can show the benefits initially discovered by Klients’ CS team, others will take notice.

Klient needs to provide more information about the real benefits its internal team and early adopters have seen, and ideally create a document highlighting the real costs of running the solution. The Salesforce pricing is still relatively new, and vendors are unsure how to charge for Agentic AI. It would be interesting to see how this early solution both works and how much it costs.
