Zoho Corporation has announced the opening of a new office in Parramatta, a Sydney business district. The office is its second in Australia, with its first office located in Adelaide. The new office will house staff from both Zoho and ManageEngine employees as it looks to continue expanding its footprint in ANZ.

Zoho has had a strong presence in Sydney since 2019, with this new office marking a significant step in the firm’s growth trajectory in the region. The office is purpose-built to support the growing local team and will help support both customers and partners within New South Wales and beyond.

Over the last few years, Zoho has seen strong growth in ANZ across customers, partners and employees. The firm has seen annual growth of around 30% in customers, 44% in channel partners, and increased local headcount by 42%. Over the last few years, it has added employees in New Zealand and expanded its Adelaide office to support further growth.

Rakesh Prabhakar, head of Zoho ANZ, commented, “The momentum we have seen in ANZ over FY2024/25 reflects a deliberate effort to scale Zoho’s enterprise footprint in the region. At a time when organisations are rethinking their software stack amid the rapid rise of AI, Zoho stands out through the platform unification approach, its long-term product philosophy, and ability to help businesses modernise without adding unnecessary complexity or cost.

“Our growth across customers, partners, and local teams shows that this approach is working. With deeper investments on the ground across the region, we are well positioned to support larger and more complex organisations as they look for a future-ready technology partner.”

ManageEngine also expanding

The growth has been similar at ManageEngine, the enterprise IT Management vendor. It has experienced 15% year-over-year growth and 40% cloud growth.

ManageEngine has helped enterprises adapt to major technology shifts in the ANZ region. It supported moves from on‑premises systems to cloud and hybrid environments. The company now guides organisations through emerging AI‑driven ecosystems. It is opening a Sydney office to stay closer to key enterprise customers and partners. The company is also collaborating with Australian industry groups and government bodies.

These efforts aim to grow its enterprise ecosystem across ANZ. It already has over 100 channel partners (including MSPs and Sis) across ANZ and is looking to expand this. ManageEngine continues to expand its capabilities. It is investing in talent, infrastructure, and innovation to support organisations. These investments help businesses scale, modernise, and operate more safely and efficiently.

Vinayak Sreedhar, ManageEngine’s Australia and New Zealand Country Manager, commented, “Since first launching in the region, ManageEngine has steadily scaled its footprint and capabilities to support customers across Australia and New Zealand.

“Parramatta is quickly becoming recognised as a fast-growing commercial and technology hub, and the decision to establish a new office in such a key location gives us the space and infrastructure to support our people, partners, and customers as we continue to grow.

“With AI becoming embedded into the very fabric of enterprise infrastructure, IT management is undergoing another pivotal shift. Through its unified platform approach, ManageEngine has been able to deliver a comprehensive, secure, and AI-driven ecosystem covering networks, servers, security, service desks, Active Directory, applications, and endpoints.”

Enterprise Times:  What does this mean

Zoho is going from strength to strength in Australia, supported by partners. One example where it is working with public sector funding is with Realise Business, which used Zoho to create a digital platform for the Digital Solutions Program, a government initiative aimed at assisting small businesses in their digital transformation journeys.

In the education sector, Australian Sports Camps (ASC) leverages applications within Zoho One, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, Zoho Social and Zoho People to manage its operations. Zoho continue to grow in Australia, with comprehensive solutions and attractive pricing, and that growth should continue. With data centres in Melbourne and Sydney, it also offers the data sovereignty that public and private sectors alike desire.

It will be interesting to see what new initiatives Zoho launches in the region as it continues to bring on board more customers and partners and gets closer to the government.
