The Germany-based provider of IP core infrastructure solutions will showcase the updates at Booth C1808.
The centerpiece of the release is BLADE//planner, a graphical configuration tool designed to let engineers design and deploy processing workflows offline. The tool provides a visual overview of processing flows, allowing operators to select services such as color correction, audio processing and frame synchronization without accessing low-level parameters. It also offers an open API for integration with third-party control systems.
“BLADE//runner has always been remarkably powerful — the FPGA architecture gives it performance that software alone can’t match, but a flexibility and scalability that dedicated hardware doesn’t come close to,” Rainer Sturm, Arkona Technologies CEO, said. “With this release, we’ve focused on making that power more accessible.”
The company is also introducing a Video Switcher soft panel for software-based control and an AutoMix feature for its Audio Mixer to manage microphones in live production settings.
Upgrades to the EasyIP software now support hardkey router panels and the SWP-08 protocol. Arkona is also collaborating with Manifold to enable direct PIP routing into the multiviewer, a move intended to simplify the migration from traditional router infrastructures to IP-based systems.
Additional features include HBM-based FrameSyncs for SDI inputs, which use high-bandwidth memory for buffering and synchronization, and a Video ID insertion function to improve flow traceability in large-scale IP systems.
