has announced its latest dataset, StreetPro Discover. It takes complex street attributes that are normally non-text data and turns them into human-readable text. This will allow systems such as LLMs and AI-driven analytics to understand the data and make use of it. It can also help drive new user interfaces to expose that data to humans and other systems that use Location Intelligence.

Location Intelligence is a fast-growing segment of the data analytics and AI market. Multiple industries want more from the systems they use to understand what is happening at a given location. Sales teams, for example, have historically used census and other data to set catchment areas for partners and franchisees. But that can be a time-consuming and complex task requiring multiple datasets.

With StreetPro Discover, those teams can now ask more detailed questions. For example, “where is the heaviest footfall?” “What is the busiest time of day?” How many similar businesses operate in the area?” If planning an event, they could ask, “What road closures are likely to affect traffic and footfall this weekend?”

What is important is that these are the types of questions users are likely to ask of conversational AI. With StreetPro Discover making data easily ingested by AI, they can now ask these questions and get usable answers for the business.

Dan Adams, Executive Vice President and General Manager of Data Enrichment at Precisely, said, “As enterprises move to operationalize AI, the challenge isn’t just the technology itself, but also ensuring the data behind it is accurate, consistent, and contextual.

“Built for AI-driven workstreams, StreetPro Discover delivers Agentic-Ready Data by transforming complex street segment data into trusted, enriched intelligence that both people and AI systems can understand.

Data enrichment unlocks ROI from data assets

The recent 2026 State of Data Integrity and AI Readiness report identified Location Intelligence as a new privacy risk. While there is much interest in the benefits it brings, there is a need for greater accuracy. This is why many are looking for enrichment tools that can correct the data and make it more accessible.

With StreetPro Discover, Precisely has identified four areas where it delivers richer data:

  • Site selection & market planning – Identify high-potential locations using street and traffic context
  • Delivery logistics & routing intelligence – Improve last-mile outcomes with clearer street-level insight
  • Infrastructure investment & urban planning – Support smarter planning with trusted, street-level visibility
  • Risk assessment & underwriting – Incorporate street and traffic attributes into location-based evaluation workflows

Last week, Precisely announced that TomTom had joined its Data Link partner network. Among the benefits of that announcement were details on route mapping, including the last mile. With this announcement, it expects customers to pair up both TomTom and StreetPro Discover for even greater data insights.

Enterprise Times: What does this mean?

Organisations have vast amounts of data but constantly struggle to get the insights and ROI they need. This is the latest move by Precisely to make more data AI-ready. While organisations are investing in more data and data enrichment, that isn’t necessarily showing up in their AI initiatives.

In the last year, Precisely has focused heavily on how data enrichment can also deliver AI-ready data. It has updated many of its own tools and announced a string of new partnerships with other vendors. For its customers, that can only be good news. They will find it easier to incorporate their data into AI projects and get greater value.
