A former Customs and Border Patrol agent was sentenced to nearly six years (71 months) in federal prison for possessing child pornography.

After his time in federal prison, Anthony Crowley will spend a decade on supervised release. He entered a guilty plea in September.

The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension received a tip about someone uploading child sex abuse materials (CSAM) to Kik in 2022. The Kik ID was traced to Crowley.
More CSAM was found on Crowley’s electronics.
He was working for Customs and Border Patrol at the time of his arrest, but was later suspended indefinitely. KSTP has reached out for his current employment status.
