After NRF finished in New York a few days ago, Scurri announced that it completed a successful year of growth in 2025. Last year, it saw 180 million shipments through its platform, up 17% year-over-year from 154 million in 2024. The total Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) also rose to €19.2 billion, up from €16.5 million in 2024.November 2025 saw the highest-ever volume of transactions, and the firm continued to see underlying growth throughout the year. Scurri estimated that its current average run rate exceeds €200 million, with GMV of around €20 billion. Consistent growth throughout the year suggests 2026 will be another successful year.
That success has also been achieved through the development and enhancement of its delivery management platform. It launched a new generation of reporting dashboards that deliver unparalleled visibility into eCommerce operations. During 2025, it added 159 more carriers to its network, bringing the total to thousands. It has added new integrations in Latin America during the year. These included integrations with Colombian and Peruvian carriers.

Rory O’Connor, Founder and CEO of Scurri, commented: “2025 was a defining year for Scurri. Our focus on innovation, operational excellence and customer partnership enabled us to support retailers’ delivery experience, through their most demanding peak trading periods, while delivering superior post-purchase experiences for shoppers.
“With record shipment volumes and GMV now flowing through our platform, we’re helping brands enhance customer delivery experience while also optimising cost-to-serve, a combination that has never been more critical in ecommerce.”
Adding More and happier clients
Scurri has also celebrated adding a range of clients to its solutions, including Scurri Connect and Scurri Track Plus. New customers included Bella and Duke, The Select Group, Sweatband.com, Oushk Pharmacy, and Open24seven. For example, Sweatband.com adopted Scurri’s Connect platform to manage multiple carrier integrations, including two-person delivery for heavy and bulky sports equipment.
Scurri continues to focus on maintaining high customer satisfaction scores. With an industry-leading CSAT of 97% and a 99.998% platform uptime, its reputation for reliability and excellence seems well-founded.
O’Connor concluded, “As we look into 2026, our focus continues to be giving retailers greater control, clearer insight and more delivery choice, all while elevating their customer delivery experience beyond checkout.
“With our platform now operating across 200 million shipments on an annualised basis, we are exceptionally well positioned for the next phase of our growth and to continue supporting the ecommerce sector as a trusted customer delivery experience partner.”
