Other permits included commercial signs for businesses such as Lux Nail Lounge & Spa, Aldi, Ulta Beauty and Take 5 Oil Change. Residential remodels were also approved for properties on East 1st Street and Gentry Street.
In total, the city collected $3,597 in fees for the December permits.
