Flippin man killed when vehicle collides with semi-truck

A Flippin man was killed when his vehicle collided with a semi-truck in Harrison. The Arkansas State Police (ASP) has identified the victim as 66-year-old Robert W. Kincaid.

The driver of the semi, 56-year-old Glenn Slater of Commerce, Georgia, was injured and taken to North Arkansas Regional Medical Center in Harrison.

According to the report from the Harrison Police Department, the crash happened when Kincaid’s vehicle crossed the center turn lane and went into the opposite lane of traffic, colliding with the semi-truck.

The accident happened the afternoon of Dec. 27 on U.S. Highway 65 near the intersection of Prospect Avenue at 1:08.
