Driver crashes into MnDOT truck in Roseville, arrested for DWI
A St. Charles man got a ride to jail Tuesday night after he crashed into a state highway truck while allegedly intoxicated.
The Minnesota State Patrol says just after 9 p.m., 46-year-old Jeramiah Rice was driving north on Interstate 35W near Highway 280 in Roseville when he crashed his Subaru into a Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) pickup truck with a sign board.

Lt. Mike Lee says the MnDOT truck was parked on the right shoulder at the time of the crash.
The driver of the MnDOT truck suffered possible injuries, as did Rice.
Troopers also believed Rice was intoxicated at the scene and arrested him on suspicion of DWI. He then received treatment at a hospital.
The crash remains under investigation.
