Kevin Bodenhamer, current president says they have been working on updating the museum all year and he’s excited about new faces for 2026.

The 2026 board will consist of Bodenhamer as returning president, Rhonda “Tink” Albright as vice president, Jennifer Baker as secretary, Fern Frazier as treasurer, and Maryanne Edge along with Vincent Anderson as members-at-large.
Albright says one of the duties with the role of vice president is program coordinator and encourages suggestions from area residents.

Bodenhamer added that the $40 membership fee will be reduced to $25 for 2026 in hopes to generate more area residents to join and help support their efforts toward preserving the heritage of Baxter County. The first board meeting of the new year is scheduled for Jan. 05 and they will continue their monthly meetings at the Donald W.
